RKEF(回轉(zhuǎn)窯—礦熱爐工藝)治煉工藝中使用回轉(zhuǎn)窯進(jìn)行培燒—預(yù)還原,主要脫去礦山中自由水和結(jié)晶水,預(yù)熱礦石,選擇性還原部分鎳和鐵。然后將培砂熱送到礦熱爐治煉金屬合金,使用三相電極插入爐料進(jìn)行埋弧式操作,使三相電流導(dǎo)通加熱爐料,將電爐內(nèi)熔渣溫度控制在1400℃~1600℃,利用炭(C)元素在高溫條件下對各種金屬氧化物的還原作用,通過控制適當(dāng)?shù)呐淞媳壤安僮鳒囟?,將紅土鎳礦中的金屬有選擇地還原出來。
The RKEF(Rotary Kiln-electric Furnace) process utilizes the rotary kiln to roast nickel laterites as the first step of pre-reduction to dehydrate nickel ore. Part of Ni and Fe would be deoxidized in the Pre-reduction process. The next step is to deliver the hot sand of dehydrated ore to electric furnace for smelting. With submerged arc surfacing process using three-phase electrode, the furnace burden is heated gradually when the temperature is controlled from1400℃to1600℃. To utilize he reduction reaction of Carbon and metallic oxide under high temperature, we adjust the burden proportion and control the temperature in order to deoxidize Fe and Ni and manufacture the ferronickel liquid.
